Job Description:
Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated MFL Teacher to join our team for a long-term position. As a Long Term MFL Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching German and French to Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students.
Main Responsibilities- Lesson Planning and Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of all students.
- Classroom Environment: Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated to succeed.
- Student Progress: Assess student progress and provide feedback to support their development.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the MFL department.
- Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience: Experience teaching German and French at KS3 and KS4 levels.
- Subject Knowledge: Strong subject knowledge and a passion for languages and culture.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment: Commitment to delivering high-quality education and fostering a love of language learning in students.
- Competitive Rate: Starting from £150 per day, which could increase.
