As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of technicians to deliver high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Workshop Management: Oversee the daily operations of the workshop, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of technicians to achieve exceptional results, provide technical guidance, and support their professional development.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and providing updates on vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all vehicle repairs and maintenance meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest technical skills and knowledge, and share best practices with the team.
Requirements:
  • Franchise Dealership Experience: Proven experience working in a franchise dealership environment, with a strong understanding of dealership operations and procedures.
  • Technical Knowledge: Advanced technical knowledge of vehicle repairs and maintenance, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
