**About the Role**

The Original Factory Shop is seeking an ambitious Assistant Store Manager to join our Lanark team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for creating a friendly, welcoming, and customer-focused environment that delivers great results and a great place to work.

In this role, you will provide support to the Store Manager, motivate the team, be passionate about engaging with customers, and work towards delivering against the store's sales targets. You will also actively encourage engagement with the local area to drive top results.

We are looking for individuals with management retail experience and a passion for delivering great customer service. You will have previous experience working within a fast-paced sales environment, including managing and engaging a team.
