Marketing and Events Executive

VANRATH is proud to partner with a leading company in their field to recruit a Marketing and Events Executive. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in boosting the company's profile through events and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans in line with key objectives and establish KPIs for evaluation.
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to raise brand awareness and secure new sales across markets.
  • Write and proofread creative copy, maintain websites, and track data analytics.
  • Coordinate logistics for UK and international regional shows and events, including booking events, managing external couriers, and raising purchase orders.
  • Support the organisation of logistics for larger-scale national events and conferences.
  • Regularly add leads and activity information accurately to the CRM database.
  • Create event briefs and objectives documents for events or marketing campaigns.
  • Create and schedule social media posts, mail, and email campaigns to existing and new customers.
  • Sending out marketing collateral to customers/prospects when required.
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree in Marketing, Event Management, PR, or Comms related subject.
  • 1-2 years marketing/event management experience.
  • Ability to brainstorm and generate innovative ideas for brand messaging, content, and promotional strategies.
  • Utilize data and analytics to refine and optimize campaigns, balancing creative vision with performance metrics.
  • A self-starter with ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks.
  • High attention to detail, ability to work at pace with accuracy.
  • Strong user of various IT systems and packages.
  • Experience running social media accounts and video editing.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a results-driven mindset.
