About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Devon. As a Palliative Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert care and support to patients with terminal illnesses, as well as their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality palliative care to patients in their own homes, hospitals, and hospices
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse on the NMC register
  • Experience in palliative care or a related field
