Job Title: Paediatric Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paediatric Care Assistant to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Paediatric Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with children who require complex care and support.

About the Role:

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of care and attention to detail. You will be working with children who have complex medical needs, including tracheostomy management and gastrostomy. You will be responsible for assisting with clinical interventions, such as PEG feeds, seizure management, and medication administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with clinical interventions, including PEG feeds, seizure management, and medication administration
  • Provide personal care and support to children with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children with complex needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full right to work within the UK
  • Full UK driving license with access to a car
