Apprentice Fabrication Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Multi Skilled Fabrication Engineer to join our team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing site in Thrapston. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

• Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and resolve faults on production machinery, including multihead weighers, conveyors, vision systems, packaging machinery, metal detectors, and check weighers.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for each machine to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to identify and implement process improvements.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

• Competitive salary ranging from £47,000 - £52,000 per annum.
• 4 on 4 off rotating days and nights (3 x days, 1 nights) shift pattern.
• 30 days annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays.
