About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Framework Director to join our Nuclear and Energy team at Kier Group.

This is a key leadership position that requires a strong track record of client relationships, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Develop and implement comprehensive project management plans, including risk management, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Client Management: Represent the project to clients and stakeholders, developing collaborative and effective relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Team Leadership: Provide overall leadership and direction for the Alliance team, fostering effective collaboration, developing team capability, and ensuring best practice.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and oversee procurement processes to ensure adherence to best practices and compliance with regulations.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential issues, and oversee design and construction activities to ensure safety protocols and environmental regulations are met.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record of client relationships and securing work on major framework/alliance schemes.
  • Project Management Expertise: Extensive project management experience and delivery of high-value infrastructure projects while working to deadlines.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, risk management principles, and construction practices.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Experience working with government agencies and navigating regulatory requirements.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in project management software and construction documentation tools.
