Registered Nurse (RGN) Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse (RGN) at a Barchester care home, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met. Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of residents.

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices.
  • Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
