P3CL is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial management of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, membership of RICS, and a proven track record of successful multi-project delivery. Key responsibilities include chairing cost review meetings, driving subcontract enquiry and commitment, and maintaining company internal and external change management. The successful candidate will also lead contract review, tender document review, and subcontractor procurement. If you have a strong background in construction and a passion for commercial management, we encourage you to apply.
