Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at MacArthur Recruitment. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction project from start to finish, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the construction project, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Supervise and manage a team of construction workers, including subcontractors and laborers.
- Monitor and control costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that the project meets the required standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed to the required specifications.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards on the construction site.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
- First Aid certification.
- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) certification.
- Experience in construction project management, including health and safety, quality control, and cost management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
