  • You will be responsible for testing, measuring, analysing and reporting on customer machinery and service requirements.
  • Your experience and knowledge from the paper processing and production industry will enable you to offer expert advice and solutions to customers.
  • You will work closely with the technical and sales teams at Head Office to manage customer expectations and provide excellent service.
  • The salary for this position is approximately £47,000 per annum, plus bonus.

About Your Role

  • To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong working knowledge of the paper, tissue or packaging industry.
  • You should also have sound experience of reviewing machinery performance and be able to offer advice on optimisation and improvement of use.
  • As you will be working from home, it is essential that you are self-motivated and flexible with your time.
