About the Role:

The Digital Skills Tutor is responsible for designing and delivering engaging digital skills programs, ensuring that learners meet their goals and achieve their full potential. You'll work closely with our Digital Skills Team, Curriculum Development, and Quality Team to ensure that our programs meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver digital skills programs, including face-to-face and remote delivery
  • Review learner assessments, identify learning needs, and develop tailored support plans
  • Maintain accurate records and update relevant systems to track learner progress
  • Contribute to the development of learning materials, schemes of work, and lesson plans
  • Collaborate with the Digital Skills Team to ensure effective program delivery and evaluation
  • Manage and protect customer information, adhering to relevant legislation
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the self-assessment process
Requirements:
  • Relevant digital qualifications (e.g., Data Analyst/MI, Digital Marketing, Cloud Computing/IT, coding, cyber security)
  • Minimum L3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent)
  • Experience of designing and delivering digital programs in the adult education sector
  • Relevant industry experience in the digital sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
