The Supervisor is a key member of the management team, responsible for supporting the location in achieving excellence. This involves managing the visual presentation of the store, demonstrating commercial awareness, and enhancing performance.

Main Responsibilities

  • People
    • Build strong relationships with the team, ensuring excellent participation and respect for others.
    • Display personal motivation to inspire the team and promote a positive work environment.
    • Be proactive in delivering effective training and incentives, and adapt to differing people and situations.
    • Display good time management and complete tasks correctly and efficiently, following company policies and procedures.
  • Product
    • Stay up-to-date on current product information and be proficient in product details.
    • Demonstrate comprehensive location product knowledge, including best sellers, underperforming categories, and customer profiles.
    • Promote and implement merchandising standards, replenishment procedures, and housekeeping standards to ensure a high-quality store environment.
    • Plan and complete visual merchandising, merchandise, and retail directives in a timely manner.
  • Commercial
    • Ensure the team demonstrates a strong understanding of customer profiles and uses online and offline sales techniques to build loyal customer relationships.
    • Display an excellent understanding of location figures and use data to support the achievement of targets and KPIs.
    • Drive the team to achieve performance targets and use all available tools to maximize sales potential.
    • Communicate brand promotions, marketing activity, and campaigns to the team and customers.
  • Operations
    • In the absence of the Location Manager or Deputy Manager, be confident in delivering daily operations.
    • Adhere to and support all Company health and safety procedures, and report any potentially unsafe conditions.
    • Support the management team in ensuring all communications and directives are followed up.
