Job Summary

Rishabh RPO is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by conducting detailed inspections and verifying conformance to engineering requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Test Engines, structural, electrical, and mechanical assemblies and systems using CAD models and blueprints.
  • Verify Conformance of assemblies against engineering requirements.
  • Document Nonconformance under internal procedures and communicate with stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
  • Operate Precision Measurement Tools such as micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.
  • Document Final Inspection Results using photo documentation.
  • Contain Nonconforming Hardware and notify suppliers of any issues.
  • Perform Closeout Inspections for first article, in-process, and final inspections.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 5 Years of Inspection Experience in an aerospace, military, or manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Nonconformance Systems
  • Blueprint Reading Skills and 3D model competence.
  • Electronic and Mechanical Testing experience using portable measuring devices.
  • Tight Tolerance Inspection experience for high-value flight vehicles and systems.
  • Proficient in Personal Computers
  • Self-Motivation and Prioritization skills to meet completion dates.
  • Ability to Build Trust and maintain positive relationships.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Nationality or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
  • Willingness to Work All Shifts and overtime as needed.
  • Physical Demands of climbing ladders, stooping, bending, crawling, and mobility in tight spaces.
Desired Qualifications
  • Airframe & Powerplant Certificate (A&P) or ASQ CQA.
  • Aerospace Propulsion Assembly experience and testing processes.
  • Quality Management Systems experience (AS9100 and ISO 9001).
  • Safety Programs and OSHA Regulations knowledge.
