Gym Instructor Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gym Instructor to join our team at Thwaites.

About the Role:

  • Design and deliver engaging fitness classes and workshops, catering to the diverse needs of our members.
  • Provide personalized fitness coaching and guidance, helping members achieve their health and wellbeing goals.
  • Work closely with our reception team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Contribute to the development of a dynamic and engaging class timetable, reflecting the needs and preferences of our members.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Level 2 qualification in Fitness or equivalent, with relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrate a strong passion for health and wellbeing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be adaptable and flexible, with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer care.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, negotiable dependent on experience.
