Job Opportunity: Private Client Paralegal

**Job Title:** Private Client Paralegal

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and career-driven Paralegal to join our busy Private Client team at a leading law firm in Canterbury. The successful candidate will provide full legal support to one fee earner, manage diaries, onboard new clients, and carry out KYC checks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide legal support to one fee earner
* Manage diaries and schedules
* Onboard new clients and conduct KYC checks
* Prepare letters and emails
* Use digital dictation software
* Manage billing and invoicing
* Draft basic wills and LPAs
* Handle correspondence and ensure accurate filing in the case management system

**Requirements:**

* Commercial experience as a Legal Secretary/Assistant in a Private Client practice
* Basic understanding and application of Wills and Probate Laws
* Previous experience with Legal software packages and/or case management systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
