Our Approach
We offer a wide range of qualifications and courses, providing opportunities for individuals to develop their careers in various professions. This role involves working with learners who have chosen to enrol on the Dental Nursing qualification, ensuring they receive the support and resources needed to succeed.
The Role
This position requires an experienced Assessor to deliver training, assessment, and quality assurance of learners' work. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting with learners and employers in different workplace settings, predominantly remotely, but with some travel expected. They will need to plan visits efficiently, ensuring compliance with qualification requirements and providing tailored support to meet individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
- To assess and verify learner evidence against the relevant qualification standards.
- To maintain accurate records of learner progress and provide regular feedback.
- To identify areas where learners may require additional support or guidance.
- To promote the Dental Nursing course and encourage recruitment.
- To teach small group workshop sessions, if required.
