About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Health and Social Care Leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Head of Nursing and Quality in Wales.
As part of the place-based leadership team, you will provide professional leadership for all non-medical clinical staff across Wales, ensuring a robust governance framework is in place to optimise standards, manage risk, and facilitate an open learning culture to support continuous quality improvement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing robust clinical workforce plans, preparing clinical teams to care for patients, and working alongside the Senior Leadership Team to ensure that the lived experience and voice of the citizen are evident in service design.
What We're Looking For:
- A registered professional with degree-level education or equivalent experience in a senior role in Health and Social Care
- Evidence of operational management and leadership skills, including managing clinical teams and recruiting and retaining staff
- Relevant qualifications to undertake the Responsible Individual/Registered Manager role
- Extensive experience in Palliative and end-of-life care
The Benefits:
