Job Title: Online Physics Tutor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physics Tutor to join our team at Shorefields College. As a Physics Tutor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to our students, promoting a culture of excellence, and contributing to the College's mission of providing Career-Focused Learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging Physics lessons to students, utilizing a range of teaching methods and technologies to cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans, ensuring alignment with College policies and standards.
  • Participate in College events, such as parents' consultation evenings and open days, to promote the College's mission and values.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering a sense of community and promoting student well-being.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and technological advancements in Physics education, applying this knowledge to enhance teaching and learning.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in teaching Physics, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality education and achieving excellent student outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
