Key Responsibilities:
Our Civils Ground Worker will be responsible for undertaking possession management and site management duties as instructed, arranging for all scrap materials to be removed from site in a safe manner at the end of each job, and ensuring materials are used economically.

The ideal candidate will have HSEA qualifications or equivalent, a full driving license, and a responsible, proactive, and flexible attitude. They will also need to be willing to undertake competency and continuation training as determined by the Company.

The salary for this position is £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 24 days holiday plus bank holidays, company pension scheme, life assurance, and family friendly policies.
