About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Press Brake Setter Operator to join our dynamic team at TRCGroup. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC press brake machinery to fabricate metal components to exacting specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC press brake machinery to fabricate metal components as per engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the quality of produced parts by conducting regular inspections and adjustments during operation.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Maintain and troubleshoot press brake machinery to ensure optimum performance and safety.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a CNC Press Brake Setter Operator.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of CNC machinery, specifically press brakes, and metal fabrication processes.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
Working Hours
  • Monday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM
