Job Title: Specialist ASD Support Worker
New Directions Holding is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to support children with Autism (ASD) and PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities) in a 'Good' rated SEND school located in Huyton.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children with Autism (ASD) and PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities)
- Work closely with students to create a positive, nurturing environment
- Help students navigate their unique challenges and reach their full potential
- Build strong relationships with students and staff
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the student
Requirements:
- Experience working with children, or adults, with additional needs
- Able to support children of all abilities
- Positive and ambitious attitude to learning
