A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a committed Charge Nurse to work in an exceptional low secure hospital based in Scotland. You will be working for a leading healthcare provider offering a range of services for males and females with mental illness and/or personality disorders.

To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

Responsibilities
  • Manage admissions and discharges
  • Plan the nursing staff roster
  • Supervise and guide other nurses and carers
  • Monitor patients, administer medication following company policy, and report patient conditions to doctors
  • Maintain inventories of medical supplies and medicines
  • Mentor and train new staff, providing support and guidance to all staff members

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £43,000-£46,000 per annum. This is a permanent full-time role working 37 hours per week.
