We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Meallmore in Leven Beach, Fife. Our purpose-built care home provides high-quality, personalized nursing care for older people, including those living with dementia and related conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership to ensure the highest standards of care and clinical practice
- Oversee all aspects of the shift, including continuous assessments, planning, and evaluation of residents' needs
- Mentor team members and role-model best practice
- Current registration with the NMC (RGN/RMN)
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Previous experience of leading a team is desirable
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks
- Competitive hourly rate of £20.37 + overtime rates + benefits
