The Patient Recruitment Lead will support the development and execution of Patient Recruitment and Retention strategies and tactics appropriate to the awarded study needs and in alignment with the Sponsor requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute patient recruitment and retention activities on global, multi-tactic campaigns
  • Manage support staff and vendors to ensure timely and quality deliverables
  • Lead patient recruitment and retention discussions with Clients, including contract deliverables and performance metrics
  • Work in an integrated model within the study team and with other PRR delivery teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a life-science, scientific discipline, medical and/or communication or business studies
  • 3+ years CRO experience and 3 years patient recruitment or similar industry experience
  • Good commercial awareness of current practices and trends in Recruitment Planning
