**Job Summary**

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) at Autolus Limited plays a pivotal role in scientifically engaging with external stakeholders to address patient needs and improve medical practice. This position requires a highly developed expertise in the therapeutic area and the ability to leverage evidence to inform medical communication and collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Establish and maintain long-term professional partnerships with healthcare professionals, medical experts, and other stakeholders through scientific exchange.

• Communicate evidence to stakeholders in a scientifically appropriate manner, enabling informed decision-making.

• Partner with health systems to identify external medical intelligence, data gaps, and opportunities to improve patient access and outcomes.

• Support clinical trial processes, including research site recommendations and managing Investigator relationships.

• Respond to unsolicited requests for information from stakeholders by sharing appropriate data.

• Identify and share external medical intelligence to improve patient access and outcomes.

• Ensure appropriate identification and mapping of external stakeholders, aligned to the medical strategy.

• Adopt and leverage digital channels for a broader, effective reach and impact.

• Apply foundational scientific engagement principles in stakeholder interactions.

• Be a strategic internal partner, gathering and leveraging medical intelligence for an impactful contribution to Patient Journey mapping and medical strategy.

• Utilise knowledge of assigned therapeutic area and compounds to serve as the medical, clinical, and scientific expert to field colleagues.

• Manage personal and professional development, and administrative responsibilities in a timely manner.

• Promote and adhere to all company Ethics and Compliance Policies, and company guidelines for External Engagement.
