About the Role

At ENGINEERINGUK, we are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Performance Manager to join our Amazon Freight Partner team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive efficiency and excellence in transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and Analyze Metrics: Monitor existing metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Line Haul Performance Management: Oversee line haul performance, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements using data-driven insights.
  • Partner Engagement: Foster strong relationships with dedicated transport partners, providing coaching and education on Amazon's expectations.
  • Contract Management: Support contract management and compliance processes.
  • Peak Season Planning: Participate in Q4 planning and execution during Amazon Peak.
About the Team

The Amazon Transportation Service team plays a critical role in driving efficiency across air, sea, and road transport. We capture data to inform decisions and work in a diverse environment.

Requirements:
  • Degree: A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • Supply Chain Experience: Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in transportation.
  • Program or Project Management: Familiarity with program or project management principles.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annumBenefits:
