About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Midwife to join our team in the Maternity Day Assessment Unit (DAU) at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Midwife in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to women with high-risk pregnancies, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide antenatal care to women with high-risk pregnancies, including those requiring outpatient foleys induction and ECVs
- Work closely with consultants, community midwives, and sonographers to ensure seamless care
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and experience

Requirements
- Registered Midwife with current NMC registration
- Experience in antenatal care and high-risk pregnancies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
