We are currently looking for a Logistics and Warehouse Specialist to become a vital member of our team. In this position, you will contribute significantly to the efficient and precise management of warehousing operations for our Bioscience and Diagnostic divisions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring adherence to Good Distribution Practice (GDP) for all pharmaceutical activities.
  • Receiving, inspecting, storing, processing, and dispatching various product categories accurately.
  • Managing NIBSC plasma pool and batch samples with promptness and precision.
  • Complying with Health & Safety regulations consistently.
  • Following the company's Quality Management and Business Continuity Systems.
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized warehouse environment in accordance with GDP standards.
  • Being available for potential out-of-hours work and emergency call-outs.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Prior experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Familiarity with IT systems; knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
  • Forklift operation experience is beneficial; training will be provided if necessary.
  • Flexibility to commute and potentially travel for training.
  • An understanding of the Pharmaceutical Bioscience and Diagnostic industry is a plus.
  • Strong teamwork, time management, and prioritization abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in batch processing and verification.
