Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our team at Aviation Network Heathrow. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for loading and unloading parcels, freight, and cargo from vehicles, building and breaking down aircraft pallets, and working on a busy parcel sorting line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading parcels, freight, and cargo from vehicles
- Building and breaking down aircraft pallets
- Building cargo onto aircraft units to airline specifications
- Working on a busy parcel sorting line moving parcels from aircraft containers
- Scanning cargo and completing airfreight documentation
- Driving airside to transport cargo
Requirements:
- A valid counterbalance FLT licence or certifications
- Any experience as a Warehouse Operative, cargo operative would be highly desirable but not essential as training will be provided
- A valid UK driving licence
