About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at Bramfield CE Primary School. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our Key Stage Two pupils.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide academic support to pupils, focusing on English and mathematics interventions
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to plan activities and prepare resources
  • Contribute to a calm and purposeful learning environment by using behaviour management strategies
  • Support children's learning, particularly those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)

Requirements
  • Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Good standard of English and mathematics (GCSE level 4 or above)

  • Ability to work with small groups and on a one-to-one basis with pupils
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced educational environment
