Job Title: Power Platform Solutions Engineer

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Central London or Surrey Office (Hybrid Working)

Salary: £55,000-60,000 per annum, plus a generous bonus and benefits structure

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Solutions Engineer to join our Innovation Team at La Fosse. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing creative solutions to business problems using the Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and infrastructure/support teams, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of Power Platform solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders, including developers, business analysts, and end-users, to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Power Platform solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Power Platform features and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our solutions
  • Work closely with the Innovation Team to identify and prioritize business opportunities for Power Platform solutions

Requirements:

  • Strong grasp of the Power Platform Stack, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio
  • Experience in APIs, Integrations, and RESTful services to automate workflows between Power Platform and other systems
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, ability to quickly understand business processes, and a self-starter mindset to pick up new solutions where needed
  • Bonus points for exposure to coding languages such as JavaScript or similar
