About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our demand generation efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, paid search, social media, and content syndication.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Demand Generation Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel demand generation campaigns to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
  • Lead Generation and Nurturing: Create strategies to generate high-quality leads and nurture them through the marketing funnel using Pardot.
  • SEO and Website Optimisation: Continuously optimise website landing pages, blogs, and resources to increase organic lead generation and maximise SEO performance.
  • Content and Messaging Alignment: Collaborate with the content and product marketing teams to create compelling messaging and assets that resonate with target audiences.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Work with sales and marketing to develop and execute ABM strategies for high-value accounts, utilising personalised content and outreach efforts.
  • Event Marketing Support: Assist in the promotion and execution of webinars, conferences, and other events to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics for managed campaigns and channels such as lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution and ROI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field: We require a degree in a relevant field to ensure you have the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in this role.
  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or lead generation roles: You must have significant experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or lead generation roles to demonstrate your ability to deliver results.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting on campaign performance: We need someone with an analytical mindset who can track and report on campaign performance to inform future decisions.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally: Collaboration is key in this role, so we need someone with strong collaboration skills who can work effectively with sales, marketing, and content teams.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills: You must have excellent communication and project management skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is a plus: While not essential, experience with ABM is a valuable asset in this role.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
