Daycare Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Daycare Assistant - Patient Care to join our team at Tupwood Gate Nursing Home in Surrey.

The successful candidate will work 44 hours a week, 12 hour shifts, supporting adults who may be physically frail, have a diagnosis of dementia or Alzheimer's disease.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care with a focus on flexibility and adaptability
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans
• Contribute to a safe and clean environment through effective maintenance and housekeeping practices
• Engage with residents, families, and caregivers to promote open communication and collaboration
