Job Summary: Infrastructure Financial Lead

Location: Brighton

Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Strong organisational and project management skills are essential, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all projects meet industry regulations, client expectations, and contractual requirements.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure commercial alignment and smooth project execution.
  • Prepare reports, risk assessments, and financial updates for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Manager, ideally within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
  • Relevant qualifications in commercial management, quantity surveying, or a related field.
