About the Role:

The Design and Build Technician will assist the Design Manager and project delivery team in managing the design of complex and multiple construction projects through design phases.

You will develop construction knowledge and experience to prepare innovative and cost-effective design solutions, working with the design and project delivery team, to ensure practical buildability, in line with the specification and compliance.

A salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience. You will also receive comprehensive training and development opportunities to support your career growth within the company.
