Job Title: AV Field Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled AV Field Service Engineer to join our team at Entrust Resource Solutions. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing cutting-edge laboratory equipment, ensuring seamless operations and supporting critical healthcare advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Provide technical support to laboratory staff and stakeholders
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent equipment downtime
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:

  • HNC or higher qualification in engineering or a scientific discipline
  • Hands-on experience in a laboratory or mechanical/electrical engineering environment
  • Proficiency in computer use, particularly in writing detailed reports
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
