Facilities Operations Manager

Job Introduction
Sodexo delivers a wide range of catering and food services to meet the unique and varied needs of customers. We are seeking an organised and conscientious General Manager to oversee the operational running of multiple soft service functions in Buckinghamshire.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in soft facilities management, particularly high-volume contract catering. This role will require strong stakeholder management skills, including excellent client and customer collaboration.
Key Responsibilities

- Financial performance of the site
This is a Monday to Friday role, with an expectation to be flexible to work occasional weekends and evenings as necessary. A full UK driving licence is required for travel across military sites and regional travel across the UK.

Salary: £40,000 - £44,000 per annum plus up to 10% annual performance related bonus.
