Neighbourhood Officer

The Neighbourhood Officer will play a vital role in providing a comprehensive housing management service to our customers in East Lindsey. This includes working closely with communities to promote sustainable tenancies and develop strong relationships with local residents.
Key Responsibilities- Visiting customers to provide advice and support with tenancy management
- Inspecting estates to identify and address health and safety or safeguarding concerns
- Developing and maintaining relationships with local communities and agencies
- Managing and investigating tenancy issues, including anti-social behaviour and condition of property
- Undertaking new tenancy sign-ups and accompanied viewings for new homes
- Experience of working in the social housing sector, particularly with tenancy management, ASB, and safeguarding
- Proactive and organised approach, with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to prioritise time to meet deadlines and travel regularly to various locations
- Basic DBS check required
