Job Title: 7.5 Tonne HGV Driver

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable 7.5 tonne driver to join our agency for ad-hoc assignments across West London. The role will involve working with a variety of clients, covering shifts at short notice, providing flexibility in your work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a 7.5 tonne vehicle for multi-drop or single-drop deliveries.

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to clients.

• Follow all relevant health and safety regulations and road laws.

• Complete vehicle checks and ensure the vehicle is in good working order before each shift.

• Load and unload goods using appropriate equipment when necessary.

• Communicate with the agency and clients to manage delivery schedules and report any issues.

• Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and documentation.

Requirements:

• Valid UK driving licence with Category C1 entitlement (7.5 tonne).

• Valid CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) and Digital Tachograph card.

• Proven experience as a 7.5 tonne driver.

• A good understanding of road safety, regulations, and local routes.

• Flexibility to accept ad-hoc shifts at short notice.

• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.

• Ability to handle physical work, including loading and unloading when required
