Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners. You will be responsible for ensuring that students achieve high standards of numeracy and related skills.

Key Requirements

• Able to work as part of a team and develop positive relationships with staff;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Able to create a motivating and safe learning environment for all students;
• Strong understanding of National Curriculum requirements at KS3 and KS4 in particular;
• Able to lead and manage your own work effectively;
• Good time management skills;
• Able to motivate students and raise their aspirations through a range of strategies.

What We Offer
