Core Technical is seeking a skilled Maintenance Plumber to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our facilities services team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services to our clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance within assigned buildings, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Update legal compliance documentation via a tablet, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company standards.
  • Provide job and quote updates to the internal CAFM system, ensuring seamless communication with clients.
  • Manage time and workload effectively, communicating regularly with the lead engineer.
  • Participate in a callout rota after a successful probation period, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Work independently to maintain and repair plant and equipment, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Undertake L8 PPM and other PPM servicing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Industry-recognised plumbing qualification.
  • Experience in maintenance within a commercial environment.
  • Extensive experience in general building services.
  • Ability to carry out repairs and replacements of plant, fixtures, and fittings as required.
  • Good communication and basic understanding of IT.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £38,000 to £40,000 per annum.
