Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Agent to join our team at SUMO. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing commercial opportunities for our talent roster.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the entertainment, digital, and fashion landscapes, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They will be highly motivated, proactive, and driven to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Secure Commercial Partnerships: Identify and pursue brand partnerships, sponsorships, ambassadorships, and experiential opportunities that align with the career trajectories of our talent.
  • Talent Relationship Management: Build and maintain close working relationships with talent, ensuring a deep understanding of their personal brands and career ambitions.
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate and close deals that ensure optimal terms for talent while safeguarding their interests.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Proactively scout for new commercial opportunities across relevant industries, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and market movements.
  • Campaign Development: Collaborate with creatives, brands, and partners to deliver successful campaigns and partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience: In talent management, with a focus on brand partnerships and commercial deals.
  • Negotiation and Contract Skills: Proven experience in negotiating contracts and closing successful commercial agreements.
  • Digital Savvy: Strong interest in social media, digital talent, and the entertainment and fashion industries.
  • Client Relationships: A track record of building and maintaining client and talent relationships.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annumBenefits:
