At Jo Malone London, we're seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Sales Advisor. As a fragrance connoisseur, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the world of luxury fragrances.
About the Role
We're looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and has a keen eye for detail. As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience for our customers, showcasing our luxurious fragrances and gifting products.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized customer service and product recommendations
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our fragrances and products
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and visual merchandising standards
- Participate in in-store events and promotions to drive sales and engagement

Requirements
- Previous retail experience is not necessary, but a passion for fragrances and customer service is essential
