Secondary Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are working with an independent school in Kensington & Chelsea who are seeking a dedicated and motivated Teaching Assistant to support the educational needs of their students. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for education and be able to work effectively with teachers and pupils to achieve successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support teachers in the classroom to deliver high-quality education to students
  • Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to develop their academic skills
  • Assist with general classroom duties to maintain a safe and productive learning environment
  • Collaborate with the SENCo to provide additional support for students with special educational needs
Requirements:
  • Degree in a core subject or similar
  • Experience working with secondary-aged children
  • High levels of professionalism and a commitment to delivering excellent education
  • Driver's license preferred
  • Subject to an Enhanced DBS Check
