About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at The Millgate Shopping Centre, Bury. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve company targets, KPIs, and goals, prioritizing and organizing store activity to maximize sales.
  • Lead your team in creating a customer-first culture, providing genuine, honest, and knowledgeable advice on our products, and delivering outstanding customer service and experience.
  • Motivate and develop yourself and your team to achieve and exceed KPIs and reach your full potential.
  • Be self-aware, questioning, learning, and taking responsibility for yourself and the performance of your store alongside the Store Manager.
  • Live and breathe Pavers DNA, leading by example.
