About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Care Assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure ongoing care quality
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on client care and progress

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a management role, preferably in a care setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of adult social care principles and regulations
