As a Front Office Associate, you will provide an efficient reception service, ensuring high-quality customer care and satisfaction is delivered at all times. You will work closely with the Front Office Department to ensure operation within brand standard guidelines.

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high-quality customer care and satisfaction

  • Using Opera Front Office PMS and Marsha, the global reservations system

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience using Opera Front Office PMS and Marsha, the global reservations system
