A well-established consultancies in Plymouth is seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Engineer to join their Building Services Engineering team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior engineer to take on a leadership role and progress to a Director level within the first couple of years.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical drawing skills, be proficient in producing detailed calculations, and have strong specification and report writing skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the design and specification of all Building Services Mechanical systems
  2. Produce detailed calculations using industry standard digital tools
  3. Specification and report writing
  4. Technical drawing using AutoCAD
  5. Liaise with other industry professionals
  6. Site surveys and inspections
Requirements
  1. Chartered or near Chartered engineer with CIBSE or IMechE qualifications
  2. 7+ years of experience in Building Services
  3. Full UK driving licence
  4. Strong leadership and project management skills
